RABe 528 212 / CH-Willisau

Since the last timetable change, BLS new Flirt trains have been operating on the S6 and S7 lines in the Lucerne hinterland. With the weather forecast predicting a bright blue sky, I set off for Willisau after work. Unfortunately, the spot I’d originally planned for in the bend wasn’t feasible, as there was a car park and a tall maize field there. As an alternative, I walked another kilometre further, where RABe 528 212 was bathed in beautiful evening light.
