As I was driving to Tilk, I kept an eye out for places to wait for the Zug 686 to Gyumri. I spotted a quiet spot near Aragatsavan, with a bench and a table, where I could while away the time. Just as I could see the train approaching, a shepherd decided he still had to cross the tracks with his flock of sheep and herd of cows. I could already picture the collision in my mind, but the animals were quick enough to finish crossing the tracks before the ЭП2Д which was 20 minutes late – passed by.
