After my feet had frozen for what felt like the third time, an ÖBB 1293 turned up with a few grain wagons. I managed to capture it with the sun low in the sky. After that, only a Desiro turned up, which I find completely unappealing in the SZ Lack livery. For the journey home, we chose to go via Munich, which turned out to be a mistake, as the motorway in Austria and Germany was covered in snow, limiting the top speed to a leisurely 80–100 km/h.
