Over the weekend of 11 and 12 April, there were engineering works between Päffikon and Lachen. As a result, IC services between Chur and Zurich were diverted via Rapperswil and Uznach. IC 2000 were also deployed on this route on those days. The last train passed through the Ziegelbrücke–Uznach section using a motorised module before the wall of clouds arrived.
