For the last two drivers heading east that day, there are only a handful of suitable spots. As well as the well-known views near El Aïoun (العيون سيدي ملوك), the route also takes a sufficient detour towards Taourirt (تاوريرت) to photograph the Al Atlas 301. We’d already been to this spot two days earlier, but unfortunately the clouds had spoiled our shots. So on 13 February, we returned to this evening spot. With the DH 414 at the front, we were able to photograph the Al Atlas 301 on its journey to Oujda (وجدة).
