Nachdem der blaue SŽ-Taurus 541 016 mit einem Güterzug Koper erreichte, war die Lok anschliessend im Schubdienst an der Koperrampe tätig. Am Ende eines schweren Kohlezuges konnte das blaue Unikat bei Zanigrad fotografiert werden.
